The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room had a good amount of amenities for washing up. Minimal room space but well used and smart use of space for storage with plenty of drawers and hangers. A handy ironing board & iron was provided. There was a shower cap, ear buds & toothbrush & toothpaste provided. The water pressure on the bidet and shower was perfect with hot water available. The bathroom mirrors were very nice including the vanity mirror. Room & bathroom lighting was very nice. The bathroom itself was very neat and clean. The AC worked well providing ice cold cooling. Plenty of power sockets around the room. Easy to Grab taxis from outside the hotel and possible to walk Into the town in about 10-20 minutes if desired. Coffee & biscuits are provided for guests with a nice lounge area for guests to relax. The hotel were wonderful allowing me to check in early as well as providing facilities to store my suitcase. The swimming pool looks nice with additional towels being provided. However I didn't get a chance to use it.

The Citadines Connect Cecil is a brand new property in Penang. Loved the location, the hotel is very new and is very quite. Loved 1. The beds which are super comfy 2. Staff are friendly 3. Pool is 24/7 open 4. Free Coffee at lobby 5. Great washroom

The location is on the edge of the city center and close to Qitiao Road Market. The room is clean and tidy, and the service is quite good. Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay.

staffs are very helpful and friendly. But i missed the Malaysia Day tea time treats and also the free gifts. anyway i like the swimming pool a lot. its really nice, clean, water was not cold. The room although is a bit small but its comfortable, nice smell. The famous "7th Street Market (Pasar)" is just across the road where you can find all Penang food like "kuey teow tng", fried "kuey teow", wanton mee, roasted pork, etc My daughter left her jacket which is very important for her in the hotel and checked out. Luckily they managed to find it for me. Thanks so much, really appreciated for your help. I will highly recommended this hotel to all.

The ambience and design of the lobby is great - it was bright, welcoming, and with the music playing, it felt luxurious. The room was clean with a modern look, the bed was firm, and there was enough space at the desk for me to work remotely. I liked that they gave bathroom slippers. They also had a water cooler in the hallway, which, luckily for us was right outside our room!

The place was inviting, staff were all attentive and super lovely. The place is in a great location, a close food market is a minutes walk away. Also the best nasi kandar selling amazing roti and dosai at "Nasi Kandar Hajah Mydin" a quick 5mins walk from the hotel. Poor facility was great and the hotel room. Was spacious. Was also able to turn the AC down to a nice cold temp, especially as it's super humid currently. The free barista coffee was great. Always made perfectly. The staff were exceptional, check in was a breeze.

Had an unpleasant experience in the earlier hotel we have booked at Lyf. The room we had booked had a smell and thus we couldn't checked in at the very last min (we arrived around 4pm). Was given an alternative room but it didn't meet our expectations. Staffs are friendly at Lyf though. We decided to seek full refunds and went straight to Citadine Connect Cecil to try our luck. Upon arrival, we met up with front desk Jack whom assisted throughout the entire booking process. Jack is very helpful and also provided us the best services we could have asked for. Guess we need more people like him in Singapore. Overall experience at Citadines was great. The hotel was new and well maintained till date. It was also cleaned. The rooms are cleaned and the colour theme is perfect for couple or for family stay. Despite rated as a 3 stars hotel, the team and also the hotel have gone beyond our expectations and making us feel like we are in a 5 stars hotel. Definitely choose to stay with Citadines on our next visit. Hopefully members of ASR will have better benefits than online platform in the future. KEEP IT UP!

Staff very helpful i wrongly pin location to Citadines Lebuh Nordin so the Grab driver not able to turn back because he already moved to the next location. So I tell the staff and she helps me to go to Citadines Lebuh Nordin to get my food. Really appreciated! Terima kasih adik 😘 2nd thing, because my daughter had a fever so we cannot go out so I order Grab such as from Nasi Kandan beratur (11pm 😆), breakfast we had Macalister nasi lemak, Bae Hwa (hokkien mee and char koay teow its so yummy 😋) In afternoon we order Grab again for Ais tingkap and Hameed mee sotong. Actually because the hotel is stategic location so you able to order varities of foods. Lastly, you can enjoy 24/7 free flow coffee and tea. And also they provide biscuits for you and kids to enjoy! We stayed in Studio Executive it’s can accomodate 5 people (3a+2k 6yo and 3yo) and also they have kitchen appliances, microwave, fridge, rice cooker). Overall, we enjoyed the 3 days stay in Citadines! Thank you, Sarah ❤️

The location is very good, close to the main attractions in Georgetown. The service was excellent. The room was of a decent size. The property has been maintained very well.
